Prefer 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience
A good understanding of affiliate channels such as display, email and newsletter media
Knowledge of native/social/search PPC marketing an advantage
Proven track record of success against financial and non-financial targets

Planning and buying of online media to deliver successful CPL or CPA campaigns for our advertising clients
Media planning to extend into native, social, programmatic and potentially search PPC (junior planners limited to display, email & newsletter)
Mentoring of junior planners – helping to develop their commercial and media skill sets
Working with colleagues to negotiate and strengthen strategic relationships with key publishers, display networks, affiliates and email partners
Negotiating competitive buying rates and managing media margins
Analysing campaign data and developing ideas to optimise performance over time
Building strong working relationships with media owners and other networks
