This client is looking for a sharp, technical and conceptual thinker to join their award-winning agency. A relative newcomer to the Marketing space but already boasting 20 clients across a wide-range of sectors, including consumer brands, technology, property, data services and recruitment.
They now need a designer that will help shape the creative future of both agency and clients.
Primary responsibilities
- Reporting jointly to the Head of Content and Production and MD
- Design and produce marketing communications for a wide variety of clients
- Shape high-quality brand, digital and print creative solutions
- Design cutting-edge website and product UX
- Manage and grow an internal creative team and freelance resource
- Collaborate with internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions for a wide range of channels
- Work with account teams and senior management to ensure accurate costings and deliver projects within budget
- Stay abreast of current and future industry trends
- Train and mentor other designers
Other responsibilities
- Proactively recommend new creative ideas for the agency to implement internally
- Work with an internal team to ensure the creative themes in our own brand are always consistent
- Contribute to internal and external meetings as required
- Host internal creative forums to get the rest of the team thinking expansively
- Manage the print production process if the project requires
- Work to update and maintain internal marketing collateral
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure the very highest quality client services
- Process and approve supplier invoices as needed
- Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge
- Be an active networker and actively look to introduce new business to the agency
- Blog and distribute thought leadership through agency communications channels to support marketing initiatives
Skills
- A great conceptual thinker and all-around creative mind
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Must be able to think creatively within client style guides
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
