About them:
My client is the world’s leading multichannel agency network. They are a new kind of agency; one which powers profitable customer experiences that change how people think, act and feel about brands. The experiences they create utilise traditional, digital, social and mobile media as well as new technologies and invented media. These are the product of their creativity and 45 years of expertise in data, analytics, strategy, user experience, media and technology. They are a full-service, integrated agency with 52 offices in 48 countries. Their creative solutions span above, below and through the line channels – Their online, offline, retail, pharma, financial, fundraising, fmcg and travel. They are award-winning innovators who are trusted over decades by their clients and that have a proven track-record.
Their heritage is in direct marketing and they are still one of the largest and most successful DM agencies in the world. They understand that today’s marketing challenges require agencies to think differently, to think openly and creatively to solve different kinds of problems in different ways.
Job Summary:
The MCCM architect works within the professional services team and will cover a wide range of projects across integrated and digital.
It would be your role to manage the technical design, development, implementation, testing and on-going support of various MCCM solutions that meet their clients CRM and operational activities. These solutions may utilise the full suite of one particular product, or a combination of products/tools such as Adobe Campaign (Neolane) with Apteco FastStats. (My client has partnerships with SDL (formerly Alterian), Adobe, IBM, Apteco, Exact Target and Portrait and uses their product suites on behalf of clients).
In addition, you’d be client facing and be able to help manage the client from a technical perspective. Day-to- day, you’d be working within small teams alongside very experienced systems professionals in a supportive friendly environment.
