They provide consultancy services and an in some cases an ‘in-house’ marketing solution for real estate businesses. From funds and investors to private and public developers to government bodies, across all asset classes, with a focus on residential– the places people live.
They create and deliver place and marketing strategies in line with their client’s commercial drivers starting always with research, data and insights to understand the fabric of existing and future communities, and the drivers of the many audiences and stakeholders. They then fulfil these strategies with a mix of delivery from their internal team and from a tried and tested supply team, including creatives. All the while they gather data and analytics to ensure ongoing evidence-based marketing strategies and effective marketing spend/ROI, with the ultimate aim of fostering customer and community engagement and retention for their clients.
A selection of current and past clients includes: Westfield, Places for People, McCarthy & Stone, Canary Wharf Group, HUB Residential, Rocket Investments, Pocket, node, CIT Group and Londonewcastle.
Reporting to the Senior Strategist (Fulfilment), the role will require a highly organised individual who has experience of project management across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders, at any given time as well as the ability to communicate effectively with senior members of client teams, managing the delivery of project work and in turn, their expectations.
General
- Administration: Administrative duties to manage the smooth-running of projects and to provide support to the wider Projects Team on items such as Dropbox file maintenance and Supplier database management – updates / additions
- Financial: Management of Supplier Invoices together with the Business Manager
- Company procedure: Involvement in the continued improvement and implementation of company procedures and adherence to same
Fulfilment
- Attend Supplier meetings and produce action notes, circulate chase and manage
- Attend Client meetings in support of Project Lead
- Ownership of certain elements of wider Projects
- Produce weekly Client update reports
- Involvement in the production of quarterly and annual Client reports and presentations
- Update, create and maintain template used to fulfil project management duties (crib sheets, kick off meetings, briefs, tactical plans etc.)
- Asset and collateral creation: working on the brief, design and production of marketing collateral and material
- Responsible for deployment of wider Project budgets and creation of ad hoc budgets for delivery of smaller projects
- Management of suppliers
Client / Project Work
Digital, Social and Outbound
- CMS Management: Keeping Client websites up to date and making ad hoc changes or publishing new content
- Communications: Creation and delivery of newsletters for clients and/or projects as required
- Database Management: Segmentation and best practice for targeted campaigns
- Property Portal Management: Setting up and management of Client property portals
- Social Media Management: Content creation and reporting for all Client social media channels
Advertising & Media
- Keeping up to date with media schedules and coordinating with the Senior Strategists on all advertisements to go to print/publishing
- Briefing in changes to advertisements to the creative agency and ensuring that advertisements are issued to meet deadlines
Events & Brand Partnerships, PR
- Working with the Senior Strategists (or autonomously) on the organisation of events including working at the events
- Involvement in Projects around brand partnership and related PR
Market Knowledge
- Market Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with competitor and market activity through various mediums (advertising/ property portals/ competitor schemes)
Reporting
- Analysis & Reporting: using Google Analytics, Client data and other similar reports to create a holistic report to be issued on a regular basis that covers leads, returns on investment and trends

Related experience and professional qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment – either a marketing consultancy business or marketing/creative agency as a senior account manager/account director
- A marketing qualification/s
- A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 a bonus but not vital
- Experience in the real estate sector a bonus but not vital
- IT requirements: Apple hardware, Microsoft suite, Adobe InDesign, Toggl timekeeping, Dropbox server, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics
