Our client is a full-service digital agency that works with consumer and e-commerce brands in the health, beauty and apparel direct to consumer space. The accounts they manage in e-commerce and lead generation, and their results-driven approach brings together content strategies, Facebook advertising and other performance and paid social growth digital strategies as required.
They’re looking to welcome a confident, commercially-driven and experienced Operations Manager, specialising in Facebook & Instagram ads (with a strong understanding of paid traffic from other platforms too, ie Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google PPC, Youtube Trueview).
Your role will be overseeing our performance marketers and creative teams and supporting our CEO in delivering results to the brands we work with.
You will also be expected to work on, implement, understand, report on and troubleshoot any aspect of paid traffic/media buying as it arises.
Your role
The client is focused on providing value to their clients largely through social advertising and integrated digital marketing. You’ll be involved in all areas of the advertising funnel, from building funnel maps to creating profitable strategies, from testing creatives, auditing prospect Facebook accounts and constantly looking for opportunities within live accounts.
You will need to be obsessed with Facebook ads and embrace the constant change and best practices of the platform. Ideally, you’ll follow the teachings of some of the leading Facebook and digital marketing trainers including Jon Loomer and others.
The role will involve helping them to deliver exceptional client results – no fluffy ads here, but ongoing split testing and optimisation – these are clients requiring direct sales results with measurable outcomes
