The Role:

  • •            Lead the Media Team in building and maintaining relationships with key publishers and/or affiliates
  • •            Implement an effective publisher recruitment strategy
  • •            Oversee all levels of campaign management and assist in decision making processes across both products
  • •            Be prepared to meet and exceed revenue goals and quotas
  • •            Reporting and analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
  • •            Ability to lead pitches, proposal writing and presentations
  • •            Must be able to motivate team members and help with their personal and professional development

 

Your Profile

  • •            Minimum 5 years’ experience in the digital media industry
  • •            Proven ability to manage and develop media partnerships
  • •            History of success with high profile media partners
  • •            A strong track-record against individual and company targets
  • •            Ability to strategize, negotiate and problem solve both internally and externally
  • •            Strong senior level contacts across the industry
  • •            Proven leadership and team management skills
