To become the digital design champion, nurturing and growing a team of digitally led creatives, pushing the agencies offering forward and allowing them to provide their clients with a truly integrated traditional channel and digital solutions. You’ll be a digital native with a desire to properly blend design, technology & strategy. As well as directing, the ability and desire to ‘muck in and do’ with the team will still be appreciated/ expected. Working with national and International clients you’ll have the opportunity to travel across the UK and further afield.
