This client is a Central London based SaaS start-up determined to bring data visibility to the petrol retail markets, helping business owners to make quicker and better decisions around their assets. After launching the first version of their platform in September 2017, the company has surpassed initial revenue expectations and is now growing across the UK and Europe. With new products in the pipeline and ambitious growth targets to hit, they now require a Customer Success Manager to join the team.
This is fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and business. You will be reporting into the Customer Success Director and be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing product feedback and up-selling the new and innovative products the team is developing.
