It’s so easy to get caught up in resenting our problems that we forget to spend time fixing them.  Going forward, don’t be afraid to communicate with your colleagues and iron out any creases.

You won’t be the only employee dealing with impostor syndrome and, once you’re able to complete your duties with confidence, they won’t seem so horrible anymore.

Option 3 – Look After Your Mental Health

When go home after a difficult day of work, do you sit and ruminate on your negative feelings?

It can be hard to break out of an emotional spiral but – for the sake of your wellbeing – you need to distract yourself and find ways to destress. A little bit of exercise combined with a lot of self-care can perform wonders on your ability to love work again.

Option 4 – Take a Break

We’ve all been there. Every time we have a week off, we try to make the most of it by doing as much as possible.

When was the last time you actually had a relaxing break?

In today’s noisy world, there’s constantly so much going on that it’s no wonder you feel exhausted. This is bound to make you resent your job even though there are outside influences at play.

Option 5 – Move to a Different Job

At the end of the day, love can’t be forced.

Once you’ve tried everything to reignite your passion for work, it might be time to look for employment elsewhere.
