Head of Demand Generation – Global AI Content Marketing Agency (SaaS)

They work with the biggest companies in the world including Amazon, KPMG & Google.

Head of Demand is responsible for managing all aspects of lead and demand generation activities across key digital channels (social, SEM/SEO, email, webinars), and be a strong influencer in maximizing ROI from existing SDR/Sales Outbound and experienced with Content Marketing. You will be planning, budgeting, overseeing the execution and measuring integrated multichannel marketing programs that support new business acquisition.

You will drive the implementation and testing of demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate for this position will have deep “hands-on” experience with Google AdWords, Email Campaigns & the HubSpot platform, Outreach and similar sales automation systems, as well as experience preparing analytics reports for marketing organizations.

As the Head of Demand Generation you’ll:                    

  • Manage and continually optimize a marketing budget across channels such as SEO/SEM, email, social, retargeting and native content ads
  • Constant optimization of digital marketing efforts using data, testing, and critical thinking to get the best possible results
  • Have a strong understanding of Content Marketing, Content Promotion and ROI reporting
  • Work with our Content Writers & Agency to form data-led content strategies
  • Develop effective program marketing mix to attain enterprise lead targets and revenue goals; create an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan utilizing various marketing tactics including email, advertising, events, 3rd party engagements, thought-leadership opportunities, etc.
  • Manage our HubSpot powered website, interact with our agency/consultants day-to-day, and project manage large-scale changes when necessary
  • Partner with Sales in maintaining a highly integrated tech stack, providing recommendations on new tools as required, to help improve marketing efficiency, better tracking and tighter reporting on pipeline impact

Your Accomplishments And Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing programs and demand generation, both developing and executing programs
  • Understands strategic and technical aspects of demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring and nurturing, campaign management, email marketing, and data quality
  • Demonstrated track record of customer acquisition across multiple channels
  • Minimum of 2 years’ “hands-on” work experience using HubSpot
  • Google AdWords experience a must, experience with other PPC providers (Bing Ads, Yahoo, etc.) preferred
  • CRM Experience, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with sales development systems (e.g HubSpot, Salesloft, Linkedin Mining etc
  • Experience with data cleansing, data stewardship, and data manipulation
  • Experience with enterprise reporting of marketing/content marketing & sales performance
  • HubSpot Certification
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Desire to tackle challenging and diverse tasks, strong organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail, superior professionalism, resourcefulness, and judgment
